If you haven't studied with Kathleen,
please send a short bio and 12 small, low res 72ppi jpeg files to
Kathleen, or a URL if you have a website. Additional information
will be sent with your confirmation letter.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 60 days before
the Retreat, you will receive a full refund of monies paid,
less a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 60 days
of the retreat, you will lose your $350 deposit unless your
space can be filled. If your space is filled, you will receive
a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel
within 21 days before the retreat begins, you will forfeit
$500 plus a $150 cancellation fee, even if your space can
be filled at the last minute. This is necessary to cover
the costs incurred for the Retreat.
